These Terms & Conditions govern use of NABSU.store and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Store information
NABSU.store operates as an online store offering handmade and related retail products. Store contact information is provided on our Contact Us page.
2. Product information
We aim to describe products, colours, dimensions, materials, pricing and availability accurately. Handmade items can contain small natural variations. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and card payment through an external payment provider. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on our website.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout sends an order request. An order may be refused or cancelled where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not completed, suspected fraud is identified, delivery is not reasonably possible, or another legitimate operational issue prevents fulfilment. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.
5. Stock
Stock quantities can change quickly, particularly for handmade or limited-quantity items. Adding an item to a cart does not necessarily reserve it.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details.
7. Returns, damaged items and refunds
Return and refund handling is described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been prepared, dispatched, personalised or otherwise committed to fulfilment.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, NABSU branding, website design elements, product descriptions, original photographs and other original website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
10. Website availability
We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, stock changes or business needs.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NABSU is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or circumstances outside reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing rules
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections in the United Arab Emirates. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement prevails.
